Important Instructions

- Dates should be the same on all pages.
- Witness’s full name, address & EIR code.
- Witness – someone outside the company.
- The printout should be 100% clear.
If any of the above gets compromised, CRO might directly reject the application.
Where to sign the company constitution?
Constitution needs wet signatures of all the directors and the secretary. No signature is required from the witness.
Once the documents are signed, please take a scanned copy and send back to us.
Where to sign in the A1 declaration form?
A1 declaration form needs wet signatures of all the directors and the secretary. First page requires only the sign of the declarant. You can see the name of the declarant on the top of the. In the image, the area marked as black.
Second page requires signatures of all the Directors and Secretary.
Third page requires signatures of the Subscribers.
Once the documents are signed, please take a scanned copy and send back to us.
