- A non-EEA resident director’s bond needed: €2,000 (renewable every two years)
- Director’s PPS registration: €150 per person (if needed)
- Virtual registered office address: €500+VAT per year (if needed)
- Filing of beneficial owners: Free
- Corporation tax registration: Free
- VAT registration: Free
- Filing the first annual return: €100+VAT (one-time)
- Bookkeeping, VAT returns filing & Payroll up to 2 employees: €250+VAT, 3 to 5: €300+VAT per month, 6 to 10: €350+VAT per month
- Annual return filing, CT and general compliance services starting from: €1,000+VAT per year
- Future changes or updates to current company structure: €50+VAT per change.
