For Limited Companies
- Cost of company registration if all directors & shareholders are in Ireland: €300+VAT (one-time)
- Cost of company registration if none of the directors is a resident in the EU: €500+VAT (one-time)
- Virtual registered office address: €500+VAT per year (if needed)
- Filing of beneficial owners: €100+VAT when taken separately (free with comp. registration package)
- CT registration: €100+VAT when taken separately (free with comp. registration package)
- VAT registration: €100+VAT when taken separately (free with comp. registration package)
- Filing the first annual return: €100+VAT.
- Bookkeeping, VAT returns filing & Payroll up to 2 employees: €250+VAT, 3 to 5: €300+VAT per month, 6 to 10: €350+VAT per month
- Annual return filing, CT and general compliance services starting from: €1,000+VAT per year
- Future changes or updates to current company structure: €50+VAT per change.
