How can I register a branch of an existing foreign company in Ireland?

The branch must register with CRO, RBO and the Revenue. Profits made in Ireland are taxed locally, and filings of parent accounts are required.
For registering a branch, there are some extra documents needed, such as:
1. A copy of the parent company’s certificate of incorporation
2. A copy of the parent company’s memorandum & articles of association
3. A copy of the parent company’s company constitution
4. A copy of the parent company’s latest financial statements
5. Copy of passport, latest address proof, contact details & PPS number of the authorized person who represents the company in Ireland
