Sole Trader Registration Cost

For a sole trader to register with the CRO in Ireland, here are the cost details:

✔️ Income Tax registration: €100 + VAT
✔️ If business name registration is also required: €200 + VAT

Limited Company Registration Cost

For a limited company to register with the CRO in Ireland, here are the cost details:

✔️ The cost for company registration with corporate tax registration = €300+VAT (if all the directors/shareholders are in Ireland).
✔️ If any of the proposed directors is resident in the European Union = €500+VAT.
✔️ If none of the proposed directors is a resident in the European Union, then a Non-EEA resident directors’ bond is required
✔️ This bond costs €2,000 and must be renewed every two years.
✔️ RBO registration = €100+VAT (if taken with company registration, it’s free).
✔️ VAT registration = €100+VAT (if needed)
✔️ First annual returns filing = €100+VAT

Other Service Charges

✔️ Directorship, shareholding and address changes in future = €50+VAT.
✔️ Registered office address = €500+VAT (if needed).
